Samraksha has actively contributed to both national and state-level committees responsible for shaping HIV prevention and care initiatives.

Our advocacy has influenced the inclusion of several critical services in the national response to HIV. These include:

• Integration of counselling and psychosocial support at every stage of living with HIV
• Counselling services to prevent vertical transmission of HIV from mother to child
